Still waiting on a return call. UPDATE: I received a call from Mrs. White on 3/6/26 @ 4:26pm, but the initial google review was made the day prior on 3/5 after multiple unanswered phone calls and text message to Mrs. White. This morning (3/10), I received a call from Mrs. White @ 8:20am regarding the 1 star review that I left prior. We discussed the matter briefly and I agreed to give an accurate update of Mrs. White calling back. First, I want to be clear that my review reflects my personal experience. The goal is not to diminish Mrs. White's role, character, or ability. I cannot speak to the experiences of others regarding her services, but only to my own. Informing a potential client that you cannot or will not assist with their case is acceptable and so is informing a potential client I will call you in a few days or a week from now or not at all.
