Extremely Rude, Disrespectful & Belittling Very unprofessional .....I was only asking her a couple of questions....she's not my lawyer so therefore I knew what she could and couldn't say.... It was nothing about personal things like that .... Not to mention Sneaky & conniving.... Planned court day while I was in the hospital & knew it.... just plain Horrible !!

Janis handled my divorce case which also included a pretty harsh custody battle. Her and Julie were absolutely amazing when it came to communication and keeping me up to date on everything. She will be straight up with you when it comes to what will happen in the court room. I joke to my friends how she will hurt your feelings but I just mean she will not sugarcoat anything to make you feel better. It came time to mediation and there was a particular arrangement I really wanted that my now ex husband was not budging on. Janis could’ve easily said “yeah let’s take this to trial” - it would be more money in her pocket but she told me the reality of what I’d be doing. Hopefully I won’t need her services in the future but if I do I’ll be calling her without a doubt in my mind. She made me feel like I was her only case on the books. Cannot recommend her enough

I was very unfamiliar with litigation and legal terminology. I was not sure what to expect because I had never been inside a courtroom. Frankly just awful. Disrespectful and rude is all I can say. I have never had such poor behavior or events from an attorney. She wouldn’t do a single thing than just repeat things over and over. Made the case so much difficult and nothing ever went the way she promised. In fact she would charge so much and do so little in return. It has to be the worst experience I have ever had.

Every time I call to get information the answers are short and tone of voice is like if she doesn’t care. Also I’m not in the law field and would really appreciate if they speak to us in a way we understand.. at this point I’m really just frustrated!
