We were involved in an auto accident and tried to work out a settlement with the at-fault driver's insurance on our own. We when got close to the statute of limitations date without a settlement, I called Janoski Law and left a message. Elizabeth, the legal assistant, called me back promptly and was able to schedule a consultation over the phone on the same day with Maria. They were courteous, informative, and helpful. Although we ended up not using them because the insurance company made a last minute offer to avoid a lawsuit, I would have retained their help had we not received an acceptable settlement offer just in time.

She did ask a couple questions to clarify some information but did not allow me to provide all of the information.
