Tim Jansen is an incredible lawyer. As I see it, a lawyer needs to have two very important skills to be successful and Tim has both. First Impressions are lasting impressions! A+++ Service. Attorney Davis is awesome and I will debate publicly anyone who disagrees. Be mindful, that I never lose arguments. Attorney Davis was honest with us and did not sugar coat anything. He was absolutely correct that my child needs to find new friends. Attorney Davis listened to me and understood this was a severe stressor for me. He never left me waiting. He responded to my emails promptly. We are very satisfied and highly recommend him. It was unfortunate that we needed him, but were we glad he took the call and showed up.

First of all, I don’t know “Mr Jansen’s” first name because he introduces himself to other adults as Mr. Jansen. Weird. Secondly, he told my sister and I we were the reason our father committed suicide in jail because we inquired about the retainer. He met my dad on Wednesday and he died in the wee hours of Friday morning. So, “Mr. Jansen” does not care about ethical standing when entering an agreement when representing someone that is not competent. The Florida Bar may have another view point outside of “Mr Jansen.” My message here is be aware of entering an agreement with “Mr Jansen” because he doesn’t even want to discuss returning a retainer within scope of his OWN agreement.

Best lawyers around hands down. You’re gonna get your money’s worth here. Very nice people.

BEWARE USING THIS FIRM!!! A dear friend trusted these people 20 YEARS AGO!! She didn’t understand anything about the laws or such. She was accused of something she didn’t do and the lawyer at the firm told her it was best to plead NO CONTEST. She didn’t understand at that time he was just taking her money but he knew the offense would stay on her record forever as a FELONY!!! She is a medical professional and if she had known this she would have ran to another attorney who would have been willing to work for her and not just take her money. She found out YEARS later when she applied for jobs and would get denied. Why did she pay all the money and do what they wanted if it was still going to be a felony? She probably would have came out better just letting them haul her away to jail even though she had done nothing wrong! But she was melanin…guess that’s why she got that treatment. RUN unless you still want to be paying for it 20 or 30 years later! They didn’t try to do what was in her best interest at all. They could have gotten charges dropped or reduced.

I would not recommend this firm. Ryan Davis is who we hired and he failed to represent our family member, wouldn’t communicate, and never showed up for hearings. We’ll be reporting him to the FL. Bar, among other places. :)
