This firm is fine to write up a will or file simple things. However if you have an actual serious case, especially a litigation, do not hire these people. If you have an actual case go somewhere outside of great falls. They will drag your case on and over bill you. They will make fun of your situation and work with your defendants attorney to drag things on and make sure they get half the estate. They will have you so wrapped up and over extended and then get you into a bad settlement once they get enough money out of you. They will always make sure they get their 50% of your entire buisness and estate net worth for your case or more. They don’t even care to get in a do the real work. Even in a case where the defendant is blatantly and egregiously committing millions of dollars of fraud and serious elder abuse. They worked with the opposition to settle and get as much money out of the situation as possible with no cares for an 80 year old women being abused. Run from these people.

My mother had approached the firm to change her will for a variety of reasons. Before the changes were completed my mother was diagnosed with cancer and she passed away shortly after as she refused treatment. Rick Regh came the my rescue by ensuring my mother wises were instituted. In addition, he provided advise about my mother's home and estate that made a tremendous difference in managing her estate and the probate process.
