My husband and I contacted Mr. Gainey after I was referred to the law firm. We had an issue with our above the ground pool builders building a poorly constructed pool. They wouldn’t contact us to correct the problem. Anyway Mr Gainey explained in detail the pros and cons of possible outcomes in detail. He and his assistant Ms Linda were great in helping us to get a desired outcome. Luckily for us his demand letter which explained Florida statutes etc was enough to get the builder’s attention and we have our pool that’s so far still stable.
