Carmen is unresponsive and unprofessional. This law firm has been working on my personal injury claim for almost 2 years now and no resolution has been reached. My claim is obviously of low priority to them. I told them to move forward w litigation more than 3 months ago and they have yet to move forward with the legal process. And my SOL is coming up. I’ll be filing professional malpractice against this law firm if they don’t get it together ASAP

My experience with JaruLaw has been absolutely amazing and smooth. Their communication is infinite out of ten. My car accident happened meanwhile I was pregnant and the amount of empathy and reassurance they gave me during a very stressful time was so reassuring. I received weekly messages and phone calls from Jesse asking about how I was doing and if there’s anything they could do for me. Especially when it came to making appointments with the chiropractor she did it all so I would not have so much on my plate. The process took about a year to complete which went by incredibly fast especially while recovering from the accident and being postpartum with a newborn.
