They do not return clients messages. I reached out to this law firm 3 times to speak with someone about my potential suit, they ignored me & didn’t even bother to return any of my messages. It’s fine if you can’t/don’t want to take a clients case but shouldn’t you have enough common courtesy & professionalism to return their messages so they know why?

I just wanted to say how pleased I was with the attention, service and professionalism given to me over the course of my case. My interaction with Lovejoy was always helpful and Attorney Jarvis represented me very well at the hearing. He told me after the video hearing "that went well". He was right!

I called to get assistance with an appeal after a denial, and the person who answered the phone, without knowing anything about my disabilities and only knowing my age, told me they’d likely not take my case because “I’m too young, I won’t win”. Pretty ableist statement from a law firm that purportedly helps disabled people help get disability benefits. Highly recommend NOT supporting this business, this is unacceptable.

After a year and a half of denials from the Social Security Administration I contacted Jarvis & Modun. They took my case and after several more months I was finally approved for disability. I didn't have much interaction with either attorney however, Lovejoy Dole was a really big help through out the process. She always got right back to us whenever we had questions. Thank you!

They were hired for my disability claim. We NEVER met with them even once, and they had my wife doing all the paperwork. There was never a court appearance, and they still thought it ok to take $5700 from my claim! I wouldn't recommend them at all!!!

I had Mr.Jarvis for my workman’s comp case, he would never return my calls, I felt he put no work really into my case, he wanted to just settle and get his money. I felt the mediation attorney was more on my side than my own attorney! I would not recommend him for workman’s comp, he does not care about his client, he will just settle . Also he was okay with knowing all I went through, and he took more money out of the case than I received.

This place is amazing! Right from communication with Jen Dole to your disability hearing with either Lawyer Jarvis or Lawyer Modun, they are on your side doing all they can to simplify a very overwhelming, seemingly impossible system, when truly in need. They are personal and they care what happens to you and your case. If you legitimately need disabilty and are applying for it, I promise you cannot win a case without a lawyer, and Jarvis and Modun should be the people you trust for help 😊 Thank you specifically to Jen and Lawyer Modun, for your kindness, care and hard work on my successful social security disability case ❤ Until I called Jarvis and Modun, I was going nowhere with SSA.
