I regret hiring them; they don't do their job well. You can't get in touch with the lawyer, only with the people who work in the office, and even then, they don't do their jobs. I've been trying to contact them for a week now to resolve a problem in my case, and so far they haven't contacted me or done anything. What a shame about this lawyer...
