I'm honestly ashamed to write this, but am doing so because it isn't about Mr. Coatney directly. I recently was referred to Mr. Coatney by a current client with an imminent trial, and the gentleman who answered the phone (Caden I believe) wouldn't even let me finish a sentence. I truly don't think he has any clue why I called, as he was so obviously not interested in anything I was trying to say it was almost laughable. I was a criminal defense attorney in another state years ago, and I can tell you unequivocally that if this guy treated anyone's client that way, he'd be unemployable. Mr. Coatney, you're kind of a legend around here, and I admire your work very much. Please find someone more effective to guard your gates, because people like the guy answering your phones are why everyone and their mother told me not to practice law here. Is there no professionalism or decorum in law in this state? Say it ain't so. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I almost forgot! Same guy referred me to a medical malpractice firm. You know. For my definitely not med mal case *eye roll.* Unbelievable. I don't treat my ex the way this guy did me. Hopefully he isn't like this all the time!

Seems like all those 5 stars are paid, definitely would not recommend Jason he’s a waste of time and money very unprofessional and treated me like I was in the wrong which is messed up, didn’t help a single bit just took my money. If I could give 0 stars I would.
