I unintentionally sent a tenant a letter which violates Hawaii landlord tenant laws. My anxiety was through the roof. Jason quickly calmed me down and took care of the problem.
This guy is good he waited works for you down the Earth understanding. I really enjoyed working with you.
Mr. Woo unfortunately has bad communication skills. Often emails are left unanswered and unconfirmed. I’ve called and not received answers. After looking further into client history I’ve found he will take losing cases that can be lucrative for him despite little chance to win and costly for the clients. When I do get messages they are usually unclear and have an arrogant tone. Many better people to work with on the island so hope others can find them! Aloha

Jason Woo, helped me with my Volkswagon Tiguan in 2019. For years, the vehicle had issues with acceleration, which was a known worldwide defect based on google searches and yet VW would do nothing to help despite my several attempts to remediate the situation. Jason, within a few weeks was able to successfully get my car bought-back by VW and on top of that I was provided a check for compensation. I firmly believe without his involvement, I would still be driving that unsafe car. Jason Woo was professional, efficient, and great to work with!

We were unfortunately recommended by Chuck Choi to use his service for Tenant by Entirely. For this service he charged us double the amount that it should take. Typically is about $450. He charged us $950. In addition he screwed up the paperwork thus delaying the TE by a month and wasted our time with another office visit. Would not recommend him for anything.
Mr. Ebaugh, this is the first negative review I have received in my 13 years of practicing law in Hawaii and it's important that I take a moment to respond. First, we appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration. As you noted, you requested a deed to hold property as Tenants by the Entirety with your wife. However, because your property is registered in land court and your wife changed her name for the marriage, this required an additional Land Court Petition be filed with the Land Court noting that name change. This is a separate document filed with the Land Court and recorded with the Bureau of Conveyances once approved. Our fees are in line with current market rates and are actually more reasonable than most because our flat rates include all filing fees, recording fees, and all taxes. I'm sorry you were disappointed with the charges, but all of this was explained to you prior to the commencement of any legal work or incurring any charges. I'm also sorry this process took longer than you or we would have liked, but I'm glad we were able to get your Land Court Petition and Deed completed and recorded. It's unfortunate you were disappointed with our services as we pride ourselves in offering the best possible services to all our clients. Thank you.
