Best experience hands down that I've ever had! Always took the extra time to explain things and walk us through the steps and processes what to expect etc! If you need someone on your side this is the guy you want promise can't say enough good things.

I was only two weeks out from a major neck surgery and was attacked by a Belgian Malinois at a random rest stop after a post op visit. I was as left with major injuries to both legs and required a surgery to repair. I was very frustrated with my situation and luckily a friend recommend Jay Kerr Law. I met with Jay and his associate shortly after and I knew immediately that they would be able to help me. Everyone was very compassionate, empathetic, kind, and gracious. They were able to navigate all avenues of the case with ease and proficiency. Jay is very approachable and always communicates clearly and helped me understand complicated details with much patience. He is very kind and genuinely cares about all of his clients and always acts in their best interest. Every time I called or emailed, they would respond within minutes. Melissa takes great effort to comb through all the details and was always very helpful and pleasant. I wouldn’t have been able to handle my case without them and I would definitely return to them if ever warranted again. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Even though Jay was unable to assist in my case, he took the time to give me helpful information on what I was needing. Most places will just say they can't help and that is the end of it, whereas Jay was kind enough to listen to my case and provide detailed advice on next steps. He may not have been able to assist me legally, but he was able to help aid me in my search for legal representation.

I didn't even know where to start when I was in a car accident as I was physically hurt and also at ends how to proceed.
