My experience with this law firm was very disappointing. From the start, it felt like the lawyers were wasting time instead of focusing on my case. The work was slow, disorganized, and lacked professionalism. I constantly had to follow up, yet nothing meaningful was done. In the end, the decision went against me, and the money I paid was wasted. What bothered me most was that they spent more effort convincing me not to attend the hearing than preparing my defense. I expected competence and involvement but got a careless attitude instead. The quality of service does not match what they promise. I would not recommend this firm if you expect responsibility and professionalism.

I received a ticket for 15 over in May of 2024, Jay Lauer and his team worked with me to get it pushed back as long as we could to allow my home state record to diminish before admitting guilt. Mr. Lauer kept each conversation brief and straight forward, which in term kept costs low. Although there are many negative reviews, I am very pleased with the outcome of the case. Thanks Jay!

I was trying to consult Jay Laure And I spoke to His secretary On the phone yesterday and we didn’t quite finish the conversation due to the fact that I had to go back to work so the agreement was that I was going to call today so we can finish all the information that she needed in order for me to get a consultation with Jay , I called her today trying to get that taken care of and she has a nasty attitude hung up the phone on me and was just really on the aggressive side cutting me off didn’t let me explain to her the Situation and why I’m calling in the first place that’s really unprofessional and really nasty behavior !! I cannot believe that this lady hung up on me now I can’t even speak to the lawyer directly or anything like that because they’re gonna be the ones answering the phone so it’s very unfortunate. I was really thrilled to meet this Lawyer, should’ve read the reviews before I even wasted my time!

Don’t waste your TIME & MONEY on this unprofessional individual. Better off going to someone else.

No communication skills!

He told me he was going to take on my case I payed him never did anything. His receptionist will just have you leave a message with her but he never responds.

10/10 all charges dismissed, I’d say Jay is about his business and I have zero complaints.

Do not waste your time hiring this man . Very unprofessional . Never returns calls . No call no show to court. Ended up firing him after I already paid him. Lost money and time . Did absolutely nothing. Had to hire a new lawyer.

I would give 0 stars . I referred my son to jay for a sexual case involving my grandkids he wouldn’t even look at the evidence my son had on pictures dcs cases and flash drive and said he didn’t have enough evidence not looking at evidence and also accused my son not having them on counseling for the accusations but mother wasn’t responsible for anything leaving him frustrated and worrying . Literally not taking. The case !!!!! SMH he is a joke ….

Didn't call back, like they so much to do that can't return a simple phone call. My case is one established on outright lies and subterfuge yet every attorney contacted is afraid of doing the right thing in their representation of me. Absolutely pitiful.

Very unprofessional. I called for a dui case and ended up saying i was an alcoholic and even made bad comment of my wife without knowing either of us. Just took my $50 for consultation over the phone. Dont waste time or money on this guy.

Jay made a bad situation worse. I paid him and have a receipt but he alleged someone else paid his retainer. Then he made mistakes that he refused to correct until I threatened to fire him. He was very rude and told me “if you don’t stop crying we’ll never get through this.” He was asking me questions about severe abuse in my marriage. I hung up on him. I’m a combat veteran who served in two foreign wars. I’ve never been disrespected like that by a person I PAID $777 to HIRE. I still don’t get child support. He didn’t inform the judge that the divorce decree was based on perjury. He told me if I didn’t come to court the judge could have the sheriff come get me and bring me to court. Do not hire him. He will rip you off.
