I don't recommend him. They asked for my contact information, then a supposed lawyer called me, but I don't know where he got his degree... because he was rude and very ill-mannered. As soon as he called, he said, "I'm the lawyer you want," with a rather rude tone of voice. I started explaining my case, but he wouldn't let me speak. Instead of listening to me like a client, he treated me like dirt, offering options that, instead of helping, were only going to harm me. Terrible customer service. He gives a supposedly "professional" opinion in two minutes without listening to your arguments. You didn't talk to an ignorant person; I'm a university graduate, and his behavior is unethical and unprofessional.

We do not recommend them because they don't do their job properly, they take the money and then never answer the phone again. They didn't solve anything, and their answers regarding the contract were invalid.

He is no Jose Baez! Check out firms with more than 10 or so reviews. Jay will cut you off when talking and flatter you terms of endearment. Several promised phone calls never happened. Signed no agreement for the flat fee service and he removed himself from the case after doing nothing but getting to court date continuances. Kept the entire flat fee!
