Even when jail was seeming to be imminent because of slip ups on my end, Jason used his knowledge to overturn the judges decision to take me into custody… twice. Jason will be there for you through thick and thin. He’ll make sure you’re never treated unfairly under the law. But most of all, he is dead set on fighting for your rights. (My case was in one of the toughest law counties in Texas. Watching my attorney be the only counselor brave enough to debate and argue with the judge about my rights face to face made it all worth it. I knew I was in good hands, and you will be as well. Jason Babb was hired a month after DA's office rejected my case. I had no knowledge of this, but he did. He knew there was no case to be hired on but lied to me for 9 months. He knowingly charged me $3,000 and will not communicate to me regarding a refund for no services ever needing to be rendered. Don't hire this company unless you have money to throw away, they will not even answer my emails, texts, or calls. Talk about turning a bad situation worse!

Jason was able to get me the best offer out the situation. Switched to him after dealing with another attorney on the same case. Best move I could have made he was able to work out a deal that truly was in my favor.

Absolutely fantastic law firm, head to toe. All the ladies in the office are very nice, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. Any concern or inquiry I’ve had has been taken care of or answered in two days or less. And cards on the table, Jason is a hell of a lawyer. He turned my legal situation around-without padding any invoices-in half the time I thought it would take. Do NOT hire JBabb Law under any circumstance. They will not show up for court and you will be left with a failure to appear and even worse a warrant. This is unacceptable for a law firm. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

Do not use this attorney's office. There is complaint with the district attroney office. For more than 6 months I can't get a hold of them. Call county office. Nothing has been filed for my case. I do not recommend, they do not call back or respond to email. Only a representative answered the phone but can't provide details on the case. Escalated multiple times and over weeks with no response. The portal doesn't provide anything or any updates. This is not the service you want if you are looking for someone to represent you and act fast. You will be left dry in the unknown. Responding to reply below. I have called that number multiple times, spoke with a representative that said the atrroney or prelegal will get back with me. Everytime I get the same message bit no one EVER calls back!

We were very pleased with attorney Jason Babb's management of our case. He was very professional, and yet personable. He did not talk down to us while explaining the case details, and did not try to sugarcoat the consequences. I would highly recommend Mr Babb as a very competent and honorable attorney.

I've been at the courthouse since 8:30 a.m., and it's now 10:00 a.m., and the lawyer, Alan Perez, hasn't shown up. Alan told me I wouldn't have to pay anything in court, but in the end, they gave me a $6,500 fine, and Alan never answered my calls to ask what happened. I had to pay.

After calling multiple attorneys, Jbabb Law was the last one I contacted, and I am glad I did!!
