Terrible, I've been waiting for my form for over a year and now they haven't even given me a response, nor have they answered my phone calls.

They never answer there phone.

My company provided a service to the Morales Law Firm May 2023. We have yet to be paid for this service. I have emailed called and emailed and I have even sent a copy in the mail to the address provided on their website. The amount of the invoice is mere 95.00. It is not so much about the money as it is the principal of it. If this attorney can not pay their bills, I would recommend everyone stay away from their legal services as well. Sincerely Connie L. They just took my money and never called me back

You guys be careful with these people they scammed me a couple years ago and every time I would try to reach them they would hang up on me don’t waste your money on these people.

In 2018 i went to ted!!! To get my bankruptcy case he said i was qualified for bankruptcy 2 years went by he kept changing dates on me i even would get the day off to go to court then I’ll receive calls from ted that court date was changed this went on for 2 years every time I tried reaching him it was impossible!! ONLY RECEIVED CALLS ON COURT DATES THAT MY COURT DATE HAS CHANGED!!! Ill go to his office he would be in a meeting can’t talk he charged me $2,800 for my bankruptcy never did anything!!! Then i get a report on my credit report my bankruptcy was dismissed!!! Do not go to this place they will steal your money!!! I was only 23 with not much money he stole $2800 from me!! Bankruptcy was not done!!!!

This law firm is very much appreciated, and like all things we have to be patient and understanding dont expect for our problems to be done overnight, patience, understanding and supportive to the person trying to help us is the least we can do to appreciate their work I greatly appreciate the ladies they always return my calls and are on top of my case highly recommend.

Do not retain!!! I inquired about representation in custody battle and was able to get a consultation with Jeanne Morales. Everything sounded great until it came time to receive the contract to retain her. I got the run around from the entire staff. I left several voicemails and sent just as many emails with no response to either. Needles to say, I’ll not be reaching back out to this firm for anything in the future and would highly recommend you d do the same.

Jeanne fought a divorce and custody case for my brother. Today it was finalized. My brother won custody of his kids. It was a great win for him, his kids...God is good

I called on Tuesday and was given to an assistant, Ted. Gave him my info, emailed him all he asked for, and never heard from him again. I called back on Friday to check in. Was told he didn't work on Fridays but did on Saturdays and they would make sure he got the message. Today is Wednesday. Still no response. No call back. Not even a delivery receipt. 😒

Worst attorney in midland. I was innocent of the alleged crime. She looked at my appearance and decided I was guilty. She never even tried to fight for me. She was too busy laughing and playing around with the other attorneys in court instead of trying her best to help me. I wanted to take the case to trial and prove my innocence. She pressured me into taking a plea deal without even trying to fight for me and what I wanted. I ended up having to serve 2 years probation almost $10,000 and will forever have a felony on my record that has ruined my life. It’s horrible that even though someone is innocent they still have to pay the price. All so Jean morales could make more money by having me take a plea deal. So sad.

hello. I want to alert people not to fall into the hands of these scammers. This company is a complete scam. I paid in advance to file a bankruptcy case, I did everything they told me over a year ago and never received a response. I tried to talk to them several times and they hide. Now I am looking for legal help to sue the lawyer.
