Some lawyers have tried to squeeze me through their cookie approach but Jeff took the time to sit down with me and go over what I had. I didn't end up going through with his services but I now know that he is very good at what he does and that's very personable.

I was in dire help. I was about to lose my home and I called Mr. Fields off and it was late in the afternoon and they actually gave me his cell phone number because it was an emergency. Mr. Fields had helped us before with a bankruptcy many years ago. And he didn't hesitate to help us this time. They were going to auction off my home the following day. He asked me if I could be in his office the next morning at 8am I said yes. He saved me from losing my home. Everyone in the office was very nice and helpful. I will be forever grateful. It was difficult sorting through all the different attorneys that represent bankruptcies. We came across Jeff Field & Associates and we felt comfortable in calling about how to proceed with them. We were behind in doing our taxes and that was one of their first requirements. We got them done and then made the appointment with the list of information they needed to start the process. One thing I liked was that they get you doing the financial training course while they are getting the whole process set up. This is good to get it out of the way because when the court asks if you have done it, you have the certificate to give them. I believe if it is left up to the individual to do it later it will hold up the process all around. So from then on we felt comfortable to stay with them to help us and take the ride to the end.
