I called to just get a consult and I have an amazing case, but they want a deposit, just for a consult!! That's absurd and nothing but greed from this law firm!! Go elsewhere! They just want to drain you dry like the snakes they are!!

The receptionist was extremely rude. Not a good look. Lost me before I could even speak with an attorney.

I recorded the secretary being very abusive to me when I phoned in today. I wrote: You should know that your secretary was abusive to me and therefore I don't need to be treated like that. Specifically, in the middle of my inquiry regarding the practice area of Esq Olson your secretary abusively cut me off and the conversation was abusive from her end. I asked to speak with someone else and abusively she said she is declining representation. Whether or not you declined representation I am not to be abused on the phone. Perhaps you should check your recording! Very Disrespectful and Rude to potential clients. Additionally, I have contacted the law firm and have never received a return call from Esq Olson hence the reason for my inquiry. Your secretary was abusive at the start when she could not wait until I finished my sentence. No I will not put up with that behavior.

The secretary/lady answering the phone refused to allow me to speak with Jeff. She made the determination to block me from communicating with Jeff.

The first time i used them they were good but we couldn't go foward with my case that was fine then today I called cause my rights as disabled veteran were violated by judge used my PTSD against me without any evidence and the lady that answered the phone told me they closed my case and were not representing me I told her its not for the past case it was for something different she said she didn't care and she was hanging up on me this firm does not care about protected veterans and our rights when they are violated

The guys is a bum. Nothing more than an ambulance chaser just the civil rights version. He had me sign a bunch of paperwork, the meetings, then when no quick settlement was reached the dirtbag claimed to have neverbeenmy lawyer. Dealing with him caused more stress and frustration than the issue i sought representation for
