Jeff ruined my life. For fifteen years I have been tortured for an alleged crime the vast majority of this country wouldn't consider a crime. Based purely on subjective hearsay and conjecture. There was literally zero evidence that a crime was committed. And Jeff, in all his incompetence, made it so that I would suffer indefinitely for this. Because of his lack of competency, Thanks Jeff. Thanks a lot. You horrible person.

Jeff McKinnie is an excellent lawyer. We regularly refer cases to him and know he can be counted on. Criminal defense is not easy, it is sometimes impossible to make a the client happy with the outcome, but Jeff will always do the very best possible under the circumstances.

Worst lawyer I have ever had. Waste of money and time. Once he took my money he would rarely reach out or actually perform his job. Throughout the whole process I was kept in the dark and any voicemails I would leave would never get answered any calls would never get picked up. He made everything seem like a joke. Really unprofessional and cocky when there is nothing there. He did not help me out at all. I ended up finishing my own case by myself, never hearing from them again. If that doesn’t tell you what type of lawyer and law firm that is than I don’t know what will. Wendy wouldn’t help me out either and the Receptionist was rude every time I would ask for updates about MY case. Overall I would encourage anyone to stay away from this law firm.

Absolute disaster Save your money go to Tatum McBride or Jared Marten. I lost a nice chunk of money going to this attorney. If I had advice I would say don’t pay this over paid public defender. SERIOUSLY!!!!

In regards to the brief phone conversation I had with Mr. McKinnie, I found him to be extremely unprofessional. He was abrasive, condescending, confrontational, inflammatory and patronizing. He lacked any kind of empathy for or genuine concern for my situation and was extremely dismissive. The absolute WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had the misfortune of, in regards to lawyers. He might keep you out so you don't take it from your "wife" in jail. After it's all said and done though you just took it from him in the wallet.
