5 stars!!!! Finally received my License.. The process was very easy thanks to the great staff. Beth was Awesome! Eric walked me through the entire process of getting my license restored. I highly recommend Jeffrey Randa Law firm.

A special thank you to Ann, Michelle, and Eric, who were always available to take my calls and patiently answer all of my questions. They made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.

Would recommend. Got a paper in the mail saying I tampered with my interlock device because my battery died. Was able to get a mechanic to look at it and had diagnostic report and receipt to show it was merely mechanical and not something I did. Lawyer walked me through everything and made everything very easy, definitely worth the money.

Definitely recommend this place! They helped us win a license appeal. We called alot and they didnt seem bothered at all! Always answered every question we had no matter how many times we asked the same questions. Always explained everything in detail. Made the whole process easy! Always polite!

This law firm is amazing!! I will be honest I never thought my privilege to drive could be restored. When I was in my early 20's I made a lot of bad decisions which resulted in my drivers license revocation. It had been 19 years of Michigan denying me access to a license even thought I had not lived there in as many years. Beth and Anne walked me through the process and all but held my hand anytime I had issues with the process. My attorney Eric made sure I understood everything necessary for my hearing and made sure that I was prepared for any questions I may be asked. I highly recommend these people they were professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. They always made sure I was comfortable and confident as they prepared me for my hearing. They were always available to answer my questions and reassure me when I had doubts. I cannot say enough about how amazing they are. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! I said that I would like to leave my honest review(this was sometime around June of 2025) so, I apologize for how much time has passed but here it is: I could not have chosen a better firm to represent me for my ignition interlock violation hearing! Every member of this firm was extremely attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. As a person who has been sober for nearly 3 years, I was mortified and baffled to receive a violation for alleged alcohol consumption. Jeffrey Randa and Associates put my mind at ease by helping me through every step of the hearing process. I cannot thank them enough and will continue to recommend them to anyone requiring legal representation.

Everyone on the team is well seasoned and will only take on your case if they think you can win (are truly ready) which made me feel assured that my financial investment (worth every penny) had stronger backing. The worst Law Firm to contact. The only thing this Firm is good for is waisting your valuable time and they will lie to your face as if nothing has happened. The worst staff that anyone can come across hands down. STAY AWAY FROM THEM BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY. They will take your hard earned money and treat you like trash.

Jeffrey Randa and Associates delivered! They were always there for me every step of the way with outstanding service. They made it well known to call or email them if I ever had any questions. Which I did and they were always there to answer any questions I threw their way. There was never a question I had that they didn’t have an answer for. I am beyond grateful for this team and what they have done for me.
