For some reason I managed to receive pricing for multiple other law firms without having to pay a consultation fee. You might want to rethink your sales strategy

I paid him in full when he knowingly knew that I am on a fixed income. He terminated my case just because I called his office regarding a traffic ticket. He never asked me about my husband he is very ineffective attorney.

I have gane in with others and have always felt the he is VERY PROFESSIONAL and if he may seem short I think is only because he is a busy person. He takes time to listen, gives his recommendation is very clear from the beginning if he can help you and then he does. He is very savvy in what he does. I have seen him help people in almost imposible situation. He is worth every single dime you pay him. There is one set back though. He has someone who speak spanish and interprets for him but she does not translate effectively. She.makes too many mistakes.

I had a negative experience with someone who seemed to be in a position of authority. It's disappointing when people don't communicate in a friendly and respectful manner, especially when they hold positions of responsibility. I hope that in the future, they will approach interactions with more kindness and consideration.

Highly recommend, very professional, very straight and blunt but giving you the best options for your case. Got my permanent residence back by following his instructions.-

I was advised to see this attorney by the office of immigration in Kansas city. I made an appointment but due to issues with my job, I'm a landscaper, I had to reschedule twice. They send you a text message 24 hours before your appointment and it tells you that if you need to reschedule or cancel please do so at that time. I followed their directions both times so I didn't really see an issue with it. After all, they are the one offering to do it. Fast forward to today. I had an appointment tomorrow morning at 9:00 a.m. I got the text message this morning confirming the appointment and I didn't need to reschedule or cancel so I dismissed it. It does not advise other action to actually confirm you will be there, only if you needed to reschedule or cancel. Being a landscaper, I did not have my phone with me. It's very rigorous work and I don't walk around with my phone in my arse all day long like most people. I left work about 20 minutes ago and turned on my phone. I was greeted with a text message from what I can assume was his personal cell phone. He had a very unprofessional condescending attitude. He first accused me of rescheduling three times. I only rescheduled twice and if your law firm's policies upset you, change them moron. Then he was demanding to know if I would be there because he had a waiting list that he would give that spot away to somebody else. Followed by a second text message demanding that I respond to him right now. Naturally I gave him a few choice words and advised him never to come at me with that attitude again. I have resources he can only dream of. I also advised him to practice a little more professionalism in the future and that he could happily give away my spot as I would happily find someone more professional. I will be reporting his unprofessional conduct to the Missouri bar as I do have all of the messages and communications. More than likely nothing would come out of it but it would start a paper trail if he continues to treat perspective or current clients in this manner. Get your act together.

I have done several immigration cases at Jeffrey’s Law firm and our experience with him had always been amazing. One of our case was of time sensitive and he took care of it with ease. He is so helpful regarding on my questions and he gave me some crucial legal advice also he show me away how to handle my case thanks for all what you did,but on I-130a form clearly says spouse not sign if they live overseas but you told me it should be sign and sent to over here still confusing to me.
