I recently completed a receivership and although the circumstances leading to it were not great, Jenkins did a good job. They maintain good communication and were very clear on the whole process.

The woman I spoke with was very professional and empathetic. All in all it was a pleasant encounter.

Mindy was Awesome! She is the example of a true human that takes the time to explain, she is patient and kind. She doesn’t make you feel rushed and she is very knowledgeable to educate those like myself who had never had this type of situation! I was originally dealing with some lady name “J” who was down right nasty rude and unprofessional! She kept over talking me talking fast and to top it off this woman had the audacity to ask me “what relevance my question had” when I asked her how did she know which bank I had? I was appalled and advised her if she was in my shoes she would not have dared to ask my what relevance my question had when there are so many people scamming. But nevertheless that Mindy came in and saved the day! Please promote Mindy if she isn’t already to train up and coming new hires and some of the current staff such as “J” she can learn I thing or two from Mindy. Mindy hopefully that let you read this you are AMAZING! I and truly appreciate your kindness and willingness to speak to me and not at me. Thank you

The lady I spoke with on the phone that explained everything to me was amazing!! She gets 5 stars, the fact that I never heard from anyone until $5,500 was gone from my account and I had to chase it down from the bank and then 2 other companies to get to them was crazy wild

Quick and to the point.

It sucked to have to pay a judgment but they were always respectful,professional and honest hope you don't have to payback a judgment but at least you won't be treated badly

They treat you very kind and are very helpful in answering questions about your case and options. They make resolving your issue almost seamless. Nikki was great to work with! 😊

Horrible, the ladies talk down to you like your trash. Kaye, was the worst. She make it seem like you have options, but you don’t. They freeze your account, hold all your funds, and give you 2 options. Sign the contract or we take everything. What’s worse, they imply you’re getting your money back from your frozen accounts. Which is a total lie. You get 25% back maybe. They don’t care if you have bills, how this is legal I have no clue. If you get Kaye, be warned, she is slick, she lies and wants you to walkway with nothing. 7 days later, I learned Kaye did not submit my paper work. She lied again.

They helped create an affordable payment plan for us and anytime I had to call and speak with anyone they were always very nice and helpful

Mindy at JCR was awesome! she went above and beyond to help us come to an agreement, would highly recommend them.

What you all do is illegal. I cosigned for a vehicle with Ally financial the vehicle was repoed and I'am charged the value of the car that they have resold f from 2018. That illegal.
