I have known Jim Jenkins for nearly 20 years. We once tried a case against each other as young lawyers. I admired his professionalism in that case. I had a leak in my home where Citizens denied any liability. I realized Jim's firm did property damage claims and I immediately reached out. Jim and Amanda were excellent. We had a wind event claim on the roof of our home in Bradenton, Florida which resulted in the entire roof having to be replaced. We filed a claim with our homeowners insurance carrier which absolutely refused to replace the roof. We retained Jenkins Law and filed a lawsuit in Manatee County Circuit Court. We participated in Mediation and were ultimately successful however the insurance company went into receivership. We then had to deal with the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association which would have been even more of a nightmare if we hadn't retained Jenkins Law. I'm an attorney with many years of experience in both public and private practice. I served as a First Assistant Attorney General for the State of Michigan and I'm now associated Of-Counsel with a private law firm in East Lansing, Michigan. I can say, without qualification, that Jenkins Law P.L. is one of the best Law firms I have ever dealt with. Our experience with this law firm was an absolute nightmare. They didn’t respond to any of our emails or return phone calls, leaving us completely in the dark about the progress of our case. To make matters worse, they sent the demand letter to the wrong company, which caused even more delays. After three months of hearing nothing, we were finally informed that our case handler had gone on maternity leave and decided not to return. While we understand life happens, the complete lack of communication from the firm during this time is unacceptable. The level of unprofessionalism and disorganization we encountered was astonishing. If you’re looking for a law firm that actually communicates and handles your case with care, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Five stars all day long!!! I had a bad accident, beginning of this year. ( 1/2024) Super stressful, to say the least. My husband immediately reached out to Jim Jenkins. Jim responded , right away and was extremely comforting. Jim connected me to his paralegal, Lauren. (I cannot express enough how efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, patient, kind and effective this woman is). She helped calm my worry and frustrations, some times weekly… Jim /Lauren fought to get me the results I deserved -even when I wanted to give up.
