Mrs. Darley and her staff were extremely helpful and professional. I feel like she had my best intrests in mind and fought for what was fair for me.

Mrs. Darley is by far the best of the best no matter what the outcome of my case will be I would just like to leave here how PLEASED I am of her hard work and dedication she made on my case , she put so much effort into this your AMAZING mrs. Darley she never backed down , and stood her ground in the court room and was very very feisty BY FAR THE BEST ATTORNEY and would most Definitely recommend to any in need for a custody dispute no matter the outcome she did her thing in there and the entire time she was always on top of everything while still trying to keep things affordable and assuring me of everything every single step of the way.

Mrs Darley is 100% all about her client and very detailed about her work. She represents as if it was her own case. She has compassion, very caring and patient. She will go full force in every aspect as an attorney. You can most definitely say that being a Lawyer is her calling.

I just got off the phone with Jennifer Darley's secretary jessica, whom I will say is a very rude person and not helpful at all. I called into the office 2 1/2 months ago and paid an OUTRAGEOUS $300 consultation with Mrs. Darley only to be rescheduled 3 times, and when I did finally speak with her.......it was for 10 min. She asked me to gather paperwork from my children's school, which I did, and then submit it to her office. I was told by Jennifer herself she would contact me back and never did. Contacted her office on July 26 and was promised i'd be contacted back by Monday to no avail. As matter fact i was told by jessica that jennifer might not even take my case anyways and she had to contact her about it. When I contacted her office this morning and asked for a refund I was told no and hung up on after I said she was rude and I'd be contacting the bar against her. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE. My license is now suspended for child support and my life upside down in a sense in that area. KATHRYN BENNETT AND MS. ALLEY ARE AMAZING AND AWESOME AND THIS DOES NOT PERTAIN TO THEM .

They helped me when I really need the help. I was dealing with an impossible situation and they were friendly and helpful every time that I called, emailed, or saw them. I hired them again to help me with the on going impossible situation and again they’ve been amazing. I can’t be more thankful for the people who have helped me.

Now that my case was won by the lawyer I hired to replace her and her office after I decided she was doing a bad job at representing me, I wanted to write a review. They barely communicated anything at all, unless I called to ask for updates, even telling me that I was calling too much when I never got a response to any question I asked, even to the point the office manager yelled at me for doing so. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion. There are better lawyers in the area, take the time to review them all and choose someone else.

Jennifer is an amazing attorney! Her office communicates clearly and concisely, allows you to ask questions and answers very descriptively. Everyone was always very well prepared and professional, and based upon my previous experiences with other offices in other states, hands down she set the standard. I highly recommend her office and will go back to her for any additional requirements or needs I have legally!

SHES A LIAR!!! Would not recommend 0/10 don’t do it again!!! Lied to the judge in court, tried to be both wife’s and husbands lawyer during divorce, then withdrew when she got caught in lies. SMH! Find someone who’s genuine, she’s not it.

I hired Attorney Jennifer Darley to reopen an adoption case from 1916 involving my grandmother. My family was trying to get information about my grandmother's biological father. It was a challenge to locate the court file since there was no number assigned to such an old case. Eventually, the Clerk's office located the adoption file. The judge reviewed our petition and examined the court file, but unfortunately the information that we were seeking was not available. While the outcome of the case was disappointing, at least we no longer have to wonder (as we did for many years) if the answer was in the adoption record. I am satisfied with the efforts of Ms Darley and her staff to go the extra mile to help us attempt to solve the mystery.

Do not put your money into this lawyer or her office if you want to have any hope of succeeding in your legal goals. They WILL damage your case, and take your money for it. Darley and her team were hired for a custody/child support case. They barely communicated anything at all, ever, without having to be persistently asked to do so. The case she/her team were hired for missed a deadline (so don't let Jessica tell you "Well we haven't missed a deadline yet", because that is false), and Darley took so long to submit things to the court that even after she was fired and a better lawyer took over, the damage was done and the effect has be substantial. Save yourself some time and heartache, move on the the next lawyer, your family will thank you. And as a pre-emptive message for the owners of the google page, while I understand you have legal confidentiality clauses to uphold regarding cases and can therefore not provide any details besides your disagreement, do not ask to reach out for any discussion, as we are STILL waiting on information requested from literally months ago, and have plenty of unanswered emails, and never returned phone calls. P.S. Some of these 5 star reviews on Darely are from other lawyers in the area, be careful whose reviewing and why.

So there are a lot of family attorney's, some are good some are great and some are beyond exceptional the ones that are beyond exceptional are the ones that value you your family and what you're dealing with especially if it's regards to a divorce or custody action I highly recommend Jennifer l darley as a family attorney she is kind and sensitive to your situation and the needs of the case I cannot say enough how thankful I am to this firm and all the hard work and excellent results they give. If you go out trying to find a cheap attorney you will get cheap results. Jennifer darley has been very understanding of my financial situation and has been very accommodating. Every time I call or send an email they are quick to respond they are on point with their answers and information. It is of my personal opinion and many others who I've spoke to that have recommended them they are the best in Marion county they may possibly be the best in the state of Florida surely one of the top family firms in the Southern United States for that point. If you're reading this and you're looking for a good review I'm giving you my honest review I highly recommend Jennifer l darley and her team everyone there is professional courteous kind caring resourceful the level of professionalism they exhibit was beyond my expectations I can't say it enough they are absolutely the best.

Jessica (the girl who answers the phone) does not represent this lawyer well. That coupled with the fact Jennifer wants to charge three hundred dollars for an initial consultation is ridiculous! A new lawyer wants to charge much more than any other in town, yeah right!
