Brian Butler is not competent to represent anyone's case. We had to hire another laywer to terminate a fraudulent contract by this Brian Butler, who had persuaded us into signing his Fraud Agreement using false documents, learning later from other Attorneys that he had a long history of tricking others into signing his fraudulent contracts. As suggested by the Court, we reported him to the Arkansas Bar Association, requesting his license be taken away to protect the public.

Hired Brian, prior to hiring Brian I had filed all motions in my case. Brian performed a deposition and attended a 2 hour hearing. Charged me $4k which was is in his contract, but I expected $4k worth of work for a $4k retainer. That is non refundable. The minute he is hired he is unresponsive and rude. He did next to no work in my case, never read a motion, rarely responded to the few emails I sent him. He lied to me in email about communications he had with the judge or judge chambers (ex-parte) and even though we prevailed based on my Pro-Se motions filed and discovery requests. He couldn’t even draft the final order for the court and after waiting a month the judge did it, but the order didn’t address the date of the child support order because of Brian incompetence, despite multiple emails from me to Brian asking about this topic. . Avoid! Save yourself the money and do it yourself then hire this guy who is rude, unresponsive and not honest with his clients.

Brian Butler does a tremendous job each time I need help with my rental properties. He has never let me down and gets me what I need quickly. He is the best lawyer I have ever used.
