Upon my return to CT in November, it was discovered my mother had passed. I knew she had created a POA through Attorney Taylor, so I called to see if he had a will for her as well. His office quickly called back and stated that yes, a will was in place and worked with my limited schedule to see me and explain next steps. Attorney Taylor and his staff made every effort possible to answer my questions and explain the steps of the probate process. He is also assisting with the real estate transaction for the sale of my mother’s home. I live out of state, and his efforts made this process almost seamless. Terrible experience.He was the attorney who handled the sale of my house.Told me the wire transfers were not safe, and once the money was wired to him he would send via USPS and it would clear next day after deposit. This was false. The bank manager in my new state wondered why he would tell me this. It takes 6 days for an out-of-state check to clear according to my bank which also has plenty of branches in CT. This is not a mom and pop Bank. It's all over New England and the southern states there's over 1100 branches. Why did he lie to me? What is he doing? He must be up to something. Think about it. I'm not the only whose home sales? He oversees all that money sitting in his account until it clears. Don't be naive. In my opinion, the reason he lied to me do not trust this man neither you

Do not get to that office in any way . do not let your reinstate agent tell you they are good. if you see that name run away. they do no answer calls what so ever they don't call back and they don't answer emails. they were recommended for me by the real state agent and was nothing but nigh mare from day one. I'm very mad been calling and emailing for hours and days for my house closing and they did not even call me back.
