Just want to say that a lawyer that advises a father not to help a mother with the expenses of a child is not morally correct. So if that is the kind of person you want, go ahead and hire him as your attorney! Never once did I say you were my lawyer. You advised your client not to help with his child before said agreement. Where do i start super unprofessional and won't fight for you . remember everything is your fault that's how you will be treated very poor communication and nothing but excuses and half measures and " gotta do the least amount of work possible" thanks for nothing. if you DON'T want results this is your outfit. don't ever ask questions about anything period EVER. because you will be told and treated like you are rude even though your money is being taken. wish i could give a -5 stars .

Well I had a very bad experience as a result of that, here I am in Mexico after 1 year and 4 months since I had my appointment in Juarez because Jerry Morales instead of doing a change of status since I crossed with a visa, he did not do it. When I told him that people told me that I needed a pardon before leaving that I was not going to come like that, he said no, I have lawyers who will help you with that process, we do it in Mexico and when you arrive you contact them. They never wanted to take my case because my lawyer in whom you place your trust should not have let me leave without first having filed that pardon. Here I am punished for 10 years with 4 citizen children and they cannot grant me the pardon, only mom or dad or husband🥹and the clingy one who could file it, so I decided to trust him again and he did not sign the pardon and when we spoke to him they told us that they no longer have anything to do with me. Me and they even got angry so be careful who you trust, at least don't do it with this lawyer. After 28 years in the USA with a 29 year marriage and a minimal family together, suddenly our lives change and that doesn't matter to him.

Get somebody else.

Jerry is a good lawyer. We used him years ago for my brothers case. He got our case dismissed in deaf smith which is not easy. He has a temper though and he talked to me in a very ugly tone when I was trying to get answers after not hearing much for a few days. I was just very anxious. He won’t baby you but he will get the job done. I’ll give him 5 stars bc of his ability to get it done.

WORST lawyer in Texas, wasted my time and took my money. He did not even show to court on one instance. Wasted over 3500$ of my money, and ABSOLUTELY nothing was resolved. WORTHLESS.

Jerry is a great attorney!! He helped me get on deferred probation, got one of my cases dismissed and was able to get me off early termination for probation! He’s also helped my uncle who has a really bad background and has been to prison many times get on probation!
