Jill Talley is a horrible lawyer, who will make promises, then charge a lot of money. She never filed one petition for us and wanted us to take a horrible deal, to get in good favor with other lawyers. She was paid upfront and didn't do her job. Beware!

My wife and I paid Jill Talley and her nephew Ty Talley a lot of money upfront, and they didn't even file one petition for us. Then they quit withdrew 1 week before a scheduled court date. Jill Talley is rude and hateful to clients. Jill Talley told my wife she should use google for advice about our grandson, instead of the nutritionist at the Health Department, who Jill said, was the bottom of the barrel type hire.

They never submitted any petitions to the court and withdrew 1 week before the scheduled court appearance and kept all the money. Would you want her or him for a lawyer? you decide.

Absolute terrible experience. She promised the moon and stars during our consultation but done nothing once she was paid. She used all of my paid time to harass me, put me down and curse at me. One of her forms is a no-refund policy which makes perfect sense to me now. The short way to put it is that she caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and took thousands of dollars that done nothing to help my case. It ended with her claiming I owe her more money which is laughable!

Was rude and wouldn’t even let me finish speaking during a consult.
