Can’t find my previous review, I would not recommend this law firm. They did absolutely nothing whatsoever and want a percentage of we win the case. Took me wanting a new lawyer for them to even push to get anything done. Never attended an appointment from them, got the information on the driver or even next steps other than them wanting us to sign papers right away.

Updating my review, the law firm wanted me to rate them before even doing anything at all. They did not reach out for two weeks with getting a police report or anything else. They made us sign documents and got mad when wanting to switch lawyers. We attended no appointments, had no about on the opponents insurance, etc. They’re also wanting to split the costs with our current attorney even though they did absolutely nothing. They also continued to try to pursue our case after my husband that we found someone new and that’s when they wanted to start to get things actually done. Would not recommend this law firm

I called Jim Adler because my son is in critical condition in the ICU, hit by car, immediately someone call me back Ernesto Santos he was very kind and patient and understanding however there's a lot more to invest I guess my caseworker Anna Jasso has to take care of that, Like the police report?

Hire them a year ago no phone calls and then out of blue they release my case but keep my wife's which we were in same car same accident at 0 fault of ours I had to go to emergency room and since they dint wanna fight to get the money to pay for that they chose to fight for me wife who didn't go to hospital I'm filing a unethical claim against them for lack of representation and communication this is a clearly terrible firm who seeks money over justice its sad but it will be dealt with according they won't do it again I promise my car was totaled I have permanent injuries and this place stopped representation of my for those reasons my wife wasn't no where near as hurt and they make sure to take hers because they can make money Gloria was the worse and everyone staffed there
