I have been working with Jim Leach and his staff for 3 years now and I'm so thankfull they do all the work for me just as he told me he would the day I come to him. He use to be a prosecutor and now he suppose to be a lawsuit attorney, but he is afraid to take 😏 cases with cops involved 🤔. He waited to talk to me when my case's time ran out. He was very nasty to a hearing impaired person. (Me). His attitude 😒 needs to be a little bit more polite. If you must call 📞 when something happens call right away. He is soooo snotty.

When I was in a wreck through no fault of my own in 2023 I went to Jim Leach. He explained everything in detail of what he will do and how the process worked. I researched all the accident attorneys before selecting Jim. His website is very detailed and gives you the information you need before you go in. When I first met him I was surprised at how down to earth he is and very personable. This is something you don’t find often in an attorney. He made me feel at ease. He took my case and began working on it immediately. He took all my information and gave me the emails and text numbers in case I needed a question answered. His staff is very helpful and when I asked a question they could not answer they would transfer me to Jim. If he was out of the office he would call me back within a couple hours either from the office or his cell. The care they put into my case was phenomenal. I would not have any other attorney should I need one again, (hopefully not). My case was settled in a little over a year although it does depend on your injuries as to how long it takes. If you’re ever in need of an accident attorney don’t go to anyone else. He is highly recommended and I will miss talking to him. The experience I had with them will be in my fondest memories forever. As a retiree and a careful driver, I never imagined that I would have to deal with the aftermath of a car wreck. Then I got rear-ended on a state highway by a driver who was traveling at highway speed. Although I was stiff and sore all over, the neck pain that started immediately was my biggest fear because I had already had a neck surgery a few years earlier, with a great outcome. I tried physical therapy and injections first because the last thing I wanted was another surgery. I fought it, but after two years, I had to agree to a second surgery. It only took one conversation with the at-fault driver’s insurance company to realize I needed help. I called Jim Leach. He and his wonderful staff tracked everything, advised patience since I was not recovering from my neck injury, and eventually filed a lawsuit to protect my rights. As Jim predicted, the insurance company fought us about the second surgery, claiming it was due to my preexisting condition (even though my records showed a completely successful first surgery) and also said the gap between the wreck and my second surgery made the surgery unrelated. Jim set a trial date and advised me to have the courage to go to trial if necessary because the insurance company would try to make us believe they would never pay for my surgery from the wreck. Again, Jim advised patience, and he prepared my case for trial. Finally, about a month from trial, the insurance company agreed to pay. I do not believe any other lawyer would have fought so hard for me or would have provided the kind of service that they did. Jim and Vicki and Kelley and Sydney and Devyn all were there for me. They made sure every medical bill was accounted for, paid my health insurance back, and even made sure every co-pay was at zero. I know that was a lot of work. I will always especially remember the mediation. Jim looked me in the eye and made me believe that he could, and would, take our case to a jury rather than accept the awful offers the insurance company had been making. In the end, he made a believer out of the insurance company as well, and I was grateful for a good settlement that did not require me to go to trial. Even after it was over, Jim took the time to discuss my experience with me and also advised me how to best protect myself under Ohio law with my own insurance coverages. I learned so much from this experience because Jim explained the way of everything. I hope you never find yourself in a situation like mine, but if you do, call Jim. I know you will receive the same caring service that I did.

On a nice summer day, I rode my motorcycle to pick my daughter up from work near the Mall. We enjoyed these rides together, but on this day, after stopping at a stop sign, I started a left turn when a careless driver failed to see us and turned in to us in a t-bone hit. I stuck my leg out to protect my daughter at impact and my leg was severely broken, requiring reconstructive surgery and a long recovery. I will never have full use of my leg again. Fortunately, although my daughter was thrown from the bike and hurt, she did recover well. I had heard good things about Jim Leach, so I called him. He took my call, did an investigation, and told me there was not enough coverage to pay for my injuries, but that he would help. Very few times in my life have I experienced the kind of selfless effort that Jim and his great staff put forward. They took care of every single detail for me, and for my daughter, and I will always be grateful to them for caring about us like they did. If you get hurt like I did, call Jim. He is a good guy who is easy to talk to and does what he says he will do.
