He told my friend she was "good bait" and "not to get her hopes up" regarding her regaining custody of her daughter after it was unlawfully taken from her.

Withdrew immediately after I reached out to him with concerns with how my case was being handled and after I informed him that my ex-husband told me that Opposing Counsel was trying to set me up for contempt. Did not ensure the record reflected my ex-husbands history of drug abuse despite his charges being public record. Avoid at all costs for Custody disputes.

I find Mr. Mulligan to be a very professional attorney. He’s also a very kind man. I am very glad that I had the opportunity to meet him and to use him in my divorce.

Retained Jim a number of years ago to assist in a child custody/child safety case. He did not listen to me, and did not defend me in any way when it came time to present in court. He instead shushed me and continued with his own agenda- which was to remain quiet, not attempt any defense in any way, and accept whatever was offered. All the while he kept throwing in my face how the opposing lawyer in the case "wouldn't take this case for less than $2,500." I explained multiple scenarios to Jim in his office for him to act like I didn't speak a word, he instead just waited for me to stop talking to say what he wanted to say. How someone like this is allowed to continue in the practice of law is beyond my comprehension. He seems to be just as corrupt as the rest of the court system. I'd give zero stars if I could. He made an extremely difficult and taxing time in my life exponentially more difficult and traumatizing.

Responds promptly (after 3 months) to clients only when “The Bar Association” is mentioned.

What a waste of my hard working money.this guy is no good he will not fight for you.he went in the court room and sat there while the judge over power him the whole time.not once did he fight for me I’m very disappointed in this man please find someone that will put there all into your case and will speak up instead of looking dumb founded smh I could of went by myself and get the same outcome Smfh👎

He's the worst lawyer you could hire. He charges you upfront and then never answers your calls. And on the day of the court, he won't even represent you. It's better to go it alone.

All around horrible attorney, very unprofessional... he literally stole my 750$ and ran with it. Would go into detail but to sum it all up, worst Attorney I ever had and I've dealt with a lot of them in my 33 years of living.
