Very good service. The service I received was great, however, the other attorney for my ex wife dragged things on for nearly a year. My lawyer Stacy Alford kept me informed. I would highly recommend Jim Ross but you best have plenty $$$$. 😃

They are dishonest and they did destroyed my family in the process I hired them in my divorce and basically didn’t get nothing and charged me 3000 Even kept what left of the balance Always will be a god who takes care of people who was robbed and treated unjustly. Even finalising my divorce with out my signature

If you value your time, avoid bringing your problems here. I have had my divorce forgotten about three times now. Twice was because the attorney or paralegal “no longer works there”. It takes months for any progress to be make at all and you will need to call to remind them you exist. On top of that they will charge you a monthly admin fee, charge you for calling even after three months of no communication on two separate occasions. I have also called and paid my bill just to receive the same exact bill a week later again, with no progress being made. Every time I speak to someone new because they have turn overs and it is more of a headache to deal with “my attorneys” than the courts. If I knew any of this before I would have gone a different route. It’s unbelievable they are allowed to conduct business and treat their clients like this. The office however is well maintained and most of the staff are very friendly. Edit: my ex wife and I have already agreed to everything being done and we just needed the legal actions to be made on our behalf and it has still taken almost a year and a half with the delays caused by this firm. I’m not saying anyone else would’ve been perfect but I’m sure it would’ve been better.

I Did hired this firm unfortunately by mistake I paid him for good amount of time after few years I find out this law firm it just nothing just as a joke & bizarre a lost almost 4 Family And Business Cases plus so many of my evidence for my case has been lost in this office I never recovered anymore also thousand and thousand Dollars paid them 😡😡!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH THEM !!

Pretty lousy service, never got a call back and really unprofessional.

I used this law firm five years ago and unfortunately, the attorneys did a poor job of representing my divorce case. During my temporary divorce hearing the original attorney provided no assistance nor direction regarding my decisions on child support so I decided to get another attorney from the firm. BIG MISTAKE. This attorney was more focused on his other bigger cases and devoted little to no time to mine. To make matters worse their legal assistants and staff did not do a good job of returning my calls in a timely manner. I had to make follow up calls and leave messages. I won't be using them again.

Don't expect to get a response if you are a client. Don't expect to be informed about your case, even when you have asked and they haven't responded in months. If your attorney leaves the practice and they do send you an email stating your case will be assigned to another attorney within the firm, it won't be. When you send an email and ask which attorney your case has been assigned to, they won't respond. They just will not communicate with clients but they will send a bill each month. My bill was paid each month but I bet they'd respond if it wasn't. If this is the firm you want to retain, please do so. Your experience may be completely different but my experience, as a client was terrible. The opposing party and I were in agreement with the action and the paperwork amounted to a few pages. There is no reason for this action, that was agreed to in January, has not been finalized by the end of August. And, there is no reason for a firm to fail to communicate with a client.

Not good at all the just like to charge you. I have my case for past 2 years and they have not done nothing they’re so bad that the fired. They’re own 2 lawyers they get money under the table from different party and as will jim ross will charge you . I recommend don’t do the case of your child custody with them most likely you will not get it.
