They do not deserve any stars. No communication from these people never return phone calls. It's suppose to be 33.3% if it settles in 90 days. That will never happen it'll take that long to get them to answer the phone. When I finally got an answer they didn't even have medical records yet. I called all the Dr's and made sure they sent them. I think I talked to at least 6 different people. The paralegal would say 1 thing and the lawyer another. John Feinstien straight out told me if I didn't stop calling he would take even longer. They had my check a week before Christmas and I just now received it. They are theives so watch your paperwork they ended up with more then 40% of my settlement. I think the only reason I got it now is I turned them in to the Law board and received in within a week. I would suggest firing them or do what I did and call the the Bar Association. They advertise so big and they are not.

A little over two yrs .. patiently waiting for an update .. I’m trying to keep the faith though. Definitely wouldn’t recommend they are extremely busy

I am not sure who is writing these reviews and maybe someone actually had a positive experience with this firm. I have a family member who can't even get them to return calls, and their case has been ongoing for 2years and a few months.

They have had my case for a little over 2 years. The initial contact was great, but after you sign the retainer you rarely can get a hold of anyone to ask questions. It appears there is a high turnover rate as I have had a number of paralegals and attorneys assigned to my case. After finally getting the person served after a year, the case began to evolve a little. A year later, a settlement was agreed upon. The paralegal called me and told me I would receive my check in two weeks. I followed up with them at the end of the 2nd week to confirm all was in order only to be told that my assigned attorney was no longer with the firm and that he had not completed requests from the insurance company so that they could release the payment. I followed up a week after I was told the request had been fulfilled to get status on the case only to be told that the new attorney was not available to speak to me and the paralegal was out and that I should allow 24-48 hours for a return call. In 72 hours I had not received a call, text, or email with status on the case. I called them and was told that the attorney nor the paralegal was available and that I would need to leave a message. I have found this firm to be extremely unorganized and terrible with communication with their clients, but they want 40% of the settlement amount. I do not think it's fair for theunprofessional, and non-communication I have received from them. If you want to work with a firm who is timely, professional, and prompt.......THIS IS NOT THE FIRM! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Neverrrrrr would I recommend Jj legal to anyone apparently best communication I signed papers 2 weeks and 1 day ago and I have not received a call about anything they wanna make the 90 days pass so they can get 50% instead of 32%. After I called today twice because no one is in today well it looks like they haven’t been in 2 weeks the receptionist had the worst attitude even after there wrong wowwww how crazy never 👎🏼

I really have a positive to say about James he got my settlement check really easy and in hands he raised up my settlement even more which I couldn’t believe well done Mr James and I would really recommend jj legal thanks all

I like to give a review to 401 Michigan avenue suite 820 Chicago Illinois 60611 JJ legal and my lawyer was Mark I didn't I don't remember his last name or say how to pronounce it but they are the greatest lawyers you can have where I felt I got no results they got results for me I want to thank them so much for all they did for me and I want to thank them I would recommend them to anybody thank you so much Mark and your law office I will always remember you God bless you and be safe

Very unprofessional ive been waiting to get my settlement for almost 3 years and its very hard to get in touch with the attorney they appointed and when i do he’s very rude their just money hungry

These guys are top tier here! Trust me, these guys are who you wanna have in your corner. James is the man! He fought for us and got us the maximum settlement amount! He's truly honest, trustworthy, friendly and a real fighter! If you have a case, don't give it a second thought.You will not be disappointed. Very good law office for personal injury. James got us more than was offered, and we settled the case very fast in less than a year. The switch board operator was extremely rude and spoke out of turn on many levels. We can never get an answer on questions and we’ve been through countless paralegals. Terrible law firm

Deceitful and rude

They have been very helpful and help me understand what they need or talking about , the world of law can be very confusing , Regina I appreciated most very helpful , I would definitely use them again if needed

I have been a claimant in a roundup case, represented by the Driscoll law firm for more than 3 years now. Whereas I consider myself a "patient" individual, I do raise questions, respectfully and often. To their credit the lawyers and paralegals at Driscoll always respond to me in a timely and thorough manner. On a few occasions, Mr. Driscoll himself took the call. That is cutomer service at its best. Sometimes I may not favor the answer, but I always favor their professionalism. They hope to resolve this case shortly but always offer me the opportunity to continue asking questions.

Not a bad firm. We had some communication issues at the start but they have a new system now. They have fought hard to make sure I received everything I deserved after I was hit by a p/u running a red light, breaking my arm and cutting up my face. From the Beginning I was told what I should do to help my case. However, contact was sparse and my case manager was changed early on. After I was transferred to my new case manager the process was smooth and we are now wrapping things up this week! I thank you and your team Mr. Driscoll!
