This law firm was made aware that the restraining order sought against me by their client was false and a strategic move to silence me from exposing the illegal conduct of an inappropriate HR trying to work around the legal system. I’m in Europe and have been since the top of the year and somehow, even though I’m not in the USA, my mother who has never contacted her former boss, has to defend herself from a restraining order . They switched the judge on the case last minute, and i will be bringing media attention to this immediately. What in the unethical is going on here. Criminal charges filed for falsification of documents.

When it comes to having an attorney that will be by your side from beginning to end, Joe Harvath is definitely the attorney to have. From the moment that I called to consult with him about my case, he was ready and willing to assist me in any way possible. I found Joe when looking for a criminal attorney that had compassion for their clients. We needed someone who would truly listen as my friend was wrongly accused of a crime and no one seemed to care or listen. My son was arrested by the St. Louis City Police and was being prosecuted for a felony crime that he did not and could not have committed. The police were sloppy in their investigation and did a few things that were unconstitutional which I would not have known if it hadn't been for Joe. My son sat in jail from august through November with only a public defender who filed nothing during that time. A good  friend of my son decided to do something and hired Joe to represent him. He immediately entered his appearance and filed for a speedy trial. He was amazing. He always listened to my concerns, always responded to my text messages, even on weekends and kept me sane through this process supposedly called justice. My son was looking at a possible sentence of 15 to 30 years for something he didn't do. Joe worked with us gathering the evidence that proved my son was not guilty. Some of the same evidence that we tried to give the police on the day they arrested my son but they would not listen.  Joe listened to us and investigated every piece of information we gave him and kept us informed. Joe went above and beyond to help my son. My son's trial was set for June 10, 2019.  After Joe presented the evidence, deposed the victim,  who wrongly identified my son as the perpetrator, and with the other witnesses who provided the information that proved my son was not in the area at the time of the crime, the prosecutor finally dismissed the charge against my son.  On June 5, 2019 Joe saved my son's life. We are forever grateful to my son's friend, Beth, who has always believed in him and hired Joe Harvath to represent my son. I highly recommend that if you need a lawyer that will fight for you and communicate with you and explain things that you don't understand because the judicial system can be complicated and not perfect, then you need to talk to Joe Harvath, one of the few criminal attorneys that actually cares about his client and their family, as well.
