Shows up late to court almost every time I've seen him. Doesn't know who he's representing at all or even where they are. He was at taney court court asking about someone and nobody know who he was talking about. Turns out they were 3 counties over in a different court. Smells like alcohol all the time.

Never had a group of people worked so hard and fast and swift to close a case they make you feel like family working hard to bring closure to families. They did amazing job with me. I’m gonna recommend them to everybody and everyone I know that needs assistance, Joe, Kyra And Brian, thank you all for all your hard work. I appreciate you thank you.

Long overdue review. This lawyer is no-nonsense, has a knowledgeable and amazing staff that goes out of their way to help you, and commands the courtroom. We've used him twice and won our day in court twice, and hopefully forever. In the end, they even did us an amazing kindness that we are forever grateful for. He's not going to sit around and chew the fat with you, he's very busy. But if you have your ducks in a row and get to the point, you will be very happy with this whole team. They don't sugar coat anything and are honest about what is important and what isn't in an emotional situation.

This is the worst lawyer money can buy, used him back in 2023 and have been affected by the outcome ever sense, PSA he was 1 hour late to the court house after it had already begun, if you want your license revoked/suspended feel free to use Joe Alan. Highly don’t recommend…..

Only lawyer I would trust. He commands the courtroom during trial and delivers powerful closing arguments. Joe I believe has respect from his peers, including judges. He uses complex strategies, vast knowledge, ethical behavior, strong preparation and investigation, and extensive experience to fight for his clients best results. I could write a book on how thankful I am when he successfully received a "not guilty" at trial for me recently where I was facing 4 consecutive life sentences, but I know I for one only read reviews that are short and to the point so let me just say that if you are in need of real help that I truly believe Joe is the right lawyer.

I hired Joe back in 2021 and payed him over 10,000! I don’t recommend this lawyer for family court he bills unethically doesn't fight for you and don’t even remember ur name half the time, in the court room doesn’t even pay attention half the time he’s on his phone! Just absolutely pissed I wasted so much money on him for 2 years I had faith in the beginning but that soon changed! Look into different lawyer for family court matters!

I hired Joe to help me in my divorce and he did absolutely nothing. I shelled out money and got nothing in return. I would never hire or recommend him to anyone. EVER!

If you are looking for an attorney who will keep the appointments he sets with you keep looking. Attorney Allen set two separate appointments with me for phone calls and missed both of them. He makes you sign an agreement stating that you will be charged if you miss appointments but yet misses all he sets. He is completely unprofessional a lousy attorney and terrible person. I paid Mr. Allen's office $1,875 and received absolutely nothing from this office so I asked Mr. Allen to withdraw from my case. He claims to have been working a deal but that is not true at all.

Joe Allen is a fantastic lawyer! He doesn't charge too much and always helps me out when he can. If you need a lawyer in the Branson area, I highly recommend him!!

How is it a lawyer can get such “good” reviews and “bad” reviews simultaneously?? Probably because he is a terrible lawyer and has friends get on line and rate him well to offset this careless, unprofessional, unprepared, strange man. He doesn’t call back, doesn’t represent, says he is working a deal— i could go on and on…..he is everything you DONT want in a lawyer. We didn’t lose the case, so i am not disgruntled, but if i knew i was going to have to do all the leg work behind the scenes and keep updating the secretary without speaking to counsel, i would have paid her and kept half for me. Joe, you are lousy and lazy and you are “in-bed” with Taney County. By your sheer lack of regard and respect, you helped ruin a man. Joe did a great job for my situation and he didn't sugar coat anything. His rates are reasonable and he and his staff always made me feel valued and made me a part of my own case. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again.

I strongly would not recommend this law firm. Mr. Allen will without a doubt over charge and under deliver. What Mr. Allen will not do is fight for you to win your case because Mr. Allen is too tightly connected with the opposing attorneys and DA's of Taney County.
