Joe Habachy, is one of the greatest attorneys in the state of GA. My husband was facing a sentence of at least two decades. Joe, NEVER gave up. I can think of at least a handful of attorneys that would’ve just said take the plea deal and he’d been down the river. Joe, ultimately said NO we’re not pleading out my client is innocent. Which my husband truly was. Joe is by far the best human that you will ever meet and hes an even better lawyer! He's very trusting, goes out of his way to do the best for you and fights for your life. I called for a free consultation for my current Situation I have going on with a civil matter. I explained in detail the situation and that I need to speak to someone about my next steps. Instead of the women on the line informing me that I can in fact get a free consultation, she instead informs me it would cost 4 thousand dollars to retain a lawyer. I said okay that’s no problem but what about the consultation? She then informs me I must retain a lawyer. Why do you advertise free consultations if I must retain a lawyer first?

The best lawyer I've known. Joe's was on the case the minute I get off the phone. He's fast with returning phone called and email and if he's not available due to being in court, he will reply by the end of the day. My best experiment with Joe and his office is that he explained to me thoroughly about the case in human terms because some lawyer doesn't do that.
