My experience with Joel Gordon and Associates was ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR!!! It was my first ever accident in which I was injured in all my life. Someone pulled in front of me on my E-bike. I was hurt pretty bad espescially for the first couple of weeks, to be honest I was scared when i was told I would not be abke to work for up to six weeks. To be honest I cried because for me without work for even 2 weeks spells financial ruin, and probably homelessness as i pay my rent by the week for years and i live week to week. Six weeks no work I was scared. Even tho the police suggested that somehow the accident may have been partly my fault. Joel assured me that it simply wasnt true and the other guy will definately be shown the at fault driver in my case and he said "Mr Leigh if you give me a chance to put my 30 years on these injury cases to work for you, Im pretty confident that we can get you First, healed up and better physically. And im 90% sure we can get you some compensation for you injuries and loss of work. DONT WORRY. also im gonna give you my personal cell number if you need anything along the way just ask and I personally answer my cell phone calls. AND HE DID EVERYTIME. I TRULY THANK GOD FOR Joel Gordan and associates. Once the police report came in and the injury reports came in , this firm was able to help me along the way. If not for his help i would have been homeless for sure as i was out of work completely almost 8 weeks and only part time for a while getting back into the swing of things. AND IT WAS SOOO FAST , where other firms i have heard take months and even years to settle a case. Joel went to work and I WAS AWARDED THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT THE INSURANCE COMPANY ALLOWED based on the coverage the other guy had. and in only 4.5 months accident to check . UNBELIEVABLE. This vile excuse for a human being exploited my husband’s tragedy—a tragedy he had absolutely no connection to—for his own business gain. When I called to demand he remove it from his website, since he has ZERO affiliation with my family, he gave me nothing but excuses and smug runaround, acting like exploiting other people’s pain is “normal.” I have never dealt with someone so heartless, unethical, and shameless in my life. If you value your dignity, stay as far away from this man and his so-called “services” as possible.
