I cannot recommend Joel highly enough. From the beginning, he was professional, persistent, and truly on top of every detail of my case. I was dealing with a difficult situation involving sexual harassment at work, and navigating the system on my own was overwhelming, until I reached out to Joel. I followed the proper steps and filed reports with both the EEOC and the police department. Unfortunately, both agencies failed to properly handle my case. The EEOC dismissed my complaint based on incorrect information, claiming my employer needed to have more than 15 employees for them to proceed. At the same time, the police department failed to forward my report to the Attorney General’s office as they should have. Because of these failures, the required documentation and process were not handled the way they should have been. Throughout this incredibly frustrating process, Joel never stopped advocating for me. Even when the EEOC ignored us for nearly a year, he remained consistent in pushing forward, seeking answers, and doing everything he could to pursue justice. His communication was excellent, and he always kept me informed about what was happening and what steps we could take next. Although the system ultimately failed in many ways, Joel never did. His dedication, professionalism, and persistence meant a great deal to me during that time. I am incredibly grateful for his effort and support, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney who truly cares and fights for their clients.

Well at first he seemed like a great attorney but turned out not to be so great ! I did most of the work and it was like i didn't even have anyone representing me or really fighting for me !
