There is not enough space in this form to give Mr. Pettit the high level review he deserves for my CRSC appeal. Most important he was able to put together a powerful legal argument built on evidence. He established a strong summary, made eligibility clear, built a strong legal case through clear analysis of thousands of documents (more than 12,000), and provided a clear decisive conclusion for the reader. His appeal package narrative statement had references to the evidence where pertinent information was highlighted, making it easy for the individual evaluating the case to find information and come to the correct conclusion. This is a process that requires a lot of communication and patience and he made it as easy as it could possibly be. He seemed very honest throughout the process. I have not received an outcome for my appeal, but it is very clear he put his heart and effort to make things right for me. Even if denied I would still highly recommend Mr. Pettit without hesitation.

I could write a novel on what Joel has done for me but Ill try to keep everything short and to the point. For context, Joel helped me with my CRSC case and is also assisting me with an appeal. Joel brings experience and reassurance. Personally, I had a very limited grasp of how to file for CRSC. He laid everything out for me, potential costs, timelines, formatting, EVERYTHING, and he did it in a way that I understood. There's no sugar coating. He will tell you what his recommendations are, if the juice is worth the squeeze, and is the most honest person I personally encountered while searching for someone to help. I HIGHLY recommend you at least reach out and talk to him. I was a reservist dealing with a serious injury I suffered while on active duty last year.
