the lady that answered my call was very nice and helpful! But when i got transferred, carlos was speaking and he had no idea what i was saying when i was explaining my situation with very simple words. I explained it was a criminal ticket, he kept repeating the same thing saying they don’t deal with civil tickets. i explained again, he cut me off and said it’ll be this much, if i wanna fight this ticket but he was very rude and unprofessional.

Completely worthless wouldn’t even give me the time to talk to me because I haven’t been arrested or been charged with anything. Wouldn’t give me two minutes on the phone.

Biggest mistake you can make is picking this team.

They never got back to me

First, all I wanna say you guys did a great job with my case.But you guys need to find a different drug and alcohol counselor other thand donald crum i had the worst experiences with him.And i'm sure a lot of other clients have to that you send to him. He does not teach an evidence-based program. He teaches reincarnation Scientology. And manifesting healing that is completely been debunked, and it's completely dangerous. I could go on and on about him, but I don't want to slander, but you guys got what I'm talking about, and I'm sure you guys have got complaints about him. Clients deserve better than him. $35 a session. But I do thank you for everything you do sincerelyou guys have been great to me

Buyer Beware! We thought hiring an attorney for 10K would at least give us a fighting chance against the rigged justice system. We are now 10k in debt and my son got a horrible deal in my opinion. We really feel like the retained attorney did nothing for us. He didn't do any work for this 10k. They just took the money and ran. The only thing they did was send us invoices every month making sure they got their money. It was money for nothing!

Horrible they are all over the place the prices the communication and if you say something they don't like they say maybe we should go out separate ways... Welp bye-bye. Don't recommend at all what a total let down. What's worse is they wait til the day b4 to let you down dont trust this company they don't fight for you. They don't even stay on the same page with one another and they are all under they same one roof. What a joke!!!
