Mr. Routsis is a phenomenal attorney, years ago I had a miscommunication with the law and was so young and terrified of the legal system. I had no idea what I had gotten myself into and was left feeling very lost and overwhelmed. Mr. Routsis and his assistant/secretary were so helpful, answered all of my questions, and communicated step by step to me about the process during my experience with his practice. At the end of the day, my charges were dropped and I was able to move on with my life without the stress and weight that had been hanging over me for so, and today I am a happy to recommend William to anyone seeking criminal legal consult!

I cannot praise the offices of John Routsis high enough! I was involved in an incident that might have brought criminal charges. I was beside myself with worry and was stressing out. Mr. Routsis office was recommended to me by an acquaintance who had gone thru a similar situation. Josie at Mr. Routsis office was friendly and extraordinarily professional and not only calmed me down when I was freaking out one night but helped me navigate the system/situation! I cannot speak on Mr. Routsis himself, however my experience with his assistant to try and retain him wasn’t great. I never got to speak w Mr. Routsis himself due to this two week ring around email chain I was having with his assistant with no movement. Ended up going to a different firm where I was able to get somewhere within a few days. Upon letting his assistant know that I decided to go to a different firm (which was obvious as to why), then all of a sudden she tells me I can come in to see him. Didn’t take her up on that offer (if it was true) as I had already made a decision to retain a firm who didn’t string me along in emails for 2 weeks. I hope others don’t experience this and have a wonderful experience. I’m hoping I was just a one off.
