I hired Mr. Trawick for a construction matter in which a client refused to pay the final bill. Mind you they had already paid me three subsequent times with no problem. They had strictly overspent their budget and didn’t want to pay. Mr. Trawick gathered the information regarding the case, figured out the best approach and then sent a demand letter to the owners . Long story short, the owners paid the outstanding balance based upon Mr. Trawick’s reputation, they knew that he had a solid case and in the end. If it went the distance we would prevail. PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE- This is my lawyer!!! I had been calling law offices all week to try and locate someone to help with a complicated eviction situation I found myself stuck in. Many offices I called would not listen to the situation- they said I would need to pay a consult fee ($150-$250) just to speak to an attorney to determine what they were going to charge me to handle my case. It was frustrating. Then I called John Trawick’s office. This is not your average law office. Lisa (his paralegal) answered the phone. She was kind, patient and down-to-Earth. She asked questions and spoke to me with compassion and understanding and seemed very knowledgeable about the law and my situation. Then something crazy happened- Mr. Trawick himself got on the phone to speak with me. I was in shock- I kept waiting for them to ask for a credit card number so they could charge me to speak to him. That never happened. He was so understanding and knew exactly how to handle my situation for the best possible outcome in my favor. They told me exactly how long it would take for the eviction, what the process would entail and the exact cost- which was much cheaper than I thought it would be.
