Mr. Lutgens did an outstanding job representing me on a Negligent driving in the second degree ticket. His rate was reasonable, and best money i have ever spent on a lawyer! The ticket was dismissed, my driving record intact and he ended up with a very happy client. I would recommend him to anyone who had a need for a good attorney!!
