I called today to speak to a attorney he was out of office understandable ask to speak to someone else lady at front desk hung phone up in my face first that was rude as hell unprofessional and situation could have been taken care of in another way professionally. JMB does fine work could do better in a few areas but overall I just think she could do better on the phone when talking to potential clients.
