John Redal, Attorney at Law

Sent a friend of mine to him and John dropped the ball. John used to be good but after that incident I'll never refer him again.

Talked to him for a great while seems like a great guy very knowledgeable and experienced. I am very pleased to have him as a lawyer

Received their services years ago and they helped me recently with a question I had. I appreciate them taking the time to talk and advise.

HORRID OFFICE. I’m shocked they work the way they do. We called, explained what we need, they scheduled a consultation with the lawyer- the day of consultation, they ghost us. We call them the next day and they state “sorry we actually don’t work with Bonner County.” Then WHY schedule the consultation?! We are on a time sensitive time frame to turn papers in, HOW DO YOU NOT CALL US AND TELL US?! We could have found someone else. Thankfully we did! Receptionist was horrible.

Horrible communication. No follow through.

After sharing my opinion of quality of representation by John Redal due to lack of communication and never even giving me the time of day discussing anything regarding my case except the initial consultation, I have been immediately dropped as a client and now have a court date 6 days before my final court date to finalize my case, just so he can remove himself as my attorney and keep my money. In the real world when someone complains about quality of service, there should be communication on how to resolve this issue, In this case John Redal has ignored my call, failed to respond to me and taking the easy way out, completely unprofessional.

Mr.redal was what I wanted walked in like a boss and I could tell was no lightweight with knowledge of the law ! Hope to never need again haha but definitely will tell people to hire him and his staff.neil nash

"Worst Legal Representation ever" The only reason that I chose one star is because it's not possible to choose Zero stars. Mr. Redal and his office were horrible and set me up for complete failure from our first court date. 1) Mr Redal showed up late to our initial court appearance and was extremely unprepared. I had asked Mr Redal if there were any classes that I could enroll in that would help my case and he advised me not to in order to maintain a "not guilty" approach. But even the prosecuting attorney sad that in all of his time being in the same room as Mr. Redal he has never seen anyone "drop the ball" as much as he did in my case, the attorney even asked my wife why I wasn't enrolled in anger management classes. 2) Mr. Redal supposedly reviewed witness testimony about my case and also watched bodycam footage from the incident. The problem is that Mr Redal did not review what was seen with me and did not discuss how this information would possibly affect my case. 3) Mr Redal and his office also neglected to monitor my case and possible additional charges that could be filed against me. I had to find out by mail that another charge was filed (I received the mail the day after my court date on the additional charge). I called Mr Redal's office and spoke to his assistant to inform her of the new charge that I had received in the mail, and she informed me that I now had a warrant for this charge. On the court date following this information being revealed Mr Redal told the judge that he was NOT aware of the additional charge and active warrant, even though I had called his office to inform them. 4) Communication was never part of Mr Redal's strategy. Numerous phone calls to attorney were unsuccessful at reaching Mr Redal since I was always informed that he was with another client or in court. I understand that attorneys have other clients than me but Mr Redal's failure to meet even my lowest expectations was outrageous. I will be filing a BAR grievance against Mr Redal and hope that others proceed with caution when hiring him. I don't know why he seemingly on purpose sadbagged my case, but now I have the consequences of hiring an incompetent lawyer to deal with. "WORST REPRESENTATION EVER"

I'd say one of the best lawyers in town made everything easy for me and helped alot with my case
