I came here to read the reviews because they used to provide great service, but now I'm surprised. I don't know what's happening; the service is bad now, and it's true, the lawyer is never seen, much less calls. I really don't like the service at all.

It's unbelievable how these lawyers, and especially their secretaries, take advantage of vulnerable people. This lawyer never shows his face; we have questions and he refuses to answer them. He makes you sign things that are later edited and changed, and they tell you things that aren't true. Like I said, and I stand by it, I absolutely do not recommend this lawyer; he is the worst of the worst.

A total lack of ethics and humanity. I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this company. They take advantage of families in times of great vulnerability, such as after an accident, when one is confused, worried, and emotionally shaken. Instead of providing real support, they use manipulative and deceptive tactics to get you to sign without fully explaining the consequences. They promise help, quick solutions, and supposedly "personalized attention," but once they get what they want, they disappear or give you the runaround. They treat families as if they are ignorant, playing on their emotions instead of acting with professionalism and empathy. This type of behavior is not only unethical, it is unacceptable. Families deserve respect, clarity, and real support, not tricks disguised as help. I would not recommend their services to anyone. John is a wonderful lawyer they treat you like family in his office he has been my lawyer for 20 something years

Atty Roden has been my family attorney for years his staff and him self are the best they are helpful and get there Job done . My case was settle in quick and I was satisfied with it.

Had a great experience with this office secretary were very helpful & polite every time I called. Got my settlement I would recommend him and would come to him again.

Terrible service, I absolutely do not recommend him. The secretaries are completely unprofessional, the lawyer never shows his face, and don't hire this lawyer. Many people have had bad experiences with him and his secretaries, who are foul-mouthed. And above all, they take forever. You will regret hiring him; terrible service.

He's a no good lawyer ran my sister's case too long just too drop it without contacting her at all go back too law school Mr Roden so unprofessional staff too they should shut you down and bared from practice you will receive a call from the senators office promise you that .....

John Roden is a slime ball lawyer. He was my lawyer in an accident case and also sued me thru my ex friend. Back stabbing and rootless.

Go to lawyer!! Knows what's needs to be done and does it! Ladies up front are awesome and professional, would recommend 10/10 times

Very disappointed with this law office. I paid the fees etc. up front for my bankruptcy, I meet with him the second time and turn all the info over to him and he tells me that he will get it typed up, so in two weeks call and make an appointment to come go over the paperwork, sign if all is well and file it. Ten phone calls with no answer, leaving a detailed message and I have still not received the courtesy of a return call going on three weeks now. There has to be somebody he has to answer to, so when I get that information I will be seeking a new legal action against him.
