I was misrepresented by Mr. John S. Coughlin, he overlooked the case file #P120140478A. There was no Summary of Discovery, no 911 call, no dispatch call log from the police department, no silent alarm signal. The said victim provided false/misleading information to the police officers and the testimony given at court was inconsistent with the police report. I am innocent to the charges, I was under duress and was poison while I was at Eleanor Slater Hospital. I also had a witness. He is a very bad Lawyer that is not fully aware to the attention of details and was not informative to my case. I would seek other lawyers in Rhode Island. I will be filing an appeal at the Federal level in Boston, Massachusetts, I have exhausted my administrative process at the lower level to the courts superior, supreme, Rhode Island Federal court in Rhode Island.
