Why do you tell me you do not do civil right or civil litigation but on your website it's says that you do both I don't get it I don't like being called a liar when I'm telling the truth cause that's what Google showed me and anyone else can research it themselves Here is your service that you practice and it shows on Google what you practice so yes I'm going to say what I saw I apologize I called you out on your words and if you don't like my comment or my review then don't have it up on Google I have freedom of speech article 2 section 22 also here are two attachments that shows and improves to you that it says that on Google so again I apologize please don't email me again cause your upset about a review I put online which is funny I didn't say anything mean or hate full just to let you know this is being recorded just in case you try to file our complaint against me or anything because of my review on Google thanks and have a great weekend

I had been involved in a car accident in the Tulsa area, and the party at fault wasn't taking responsibility, and his insurance (traveler's insurance) was not being forthcoming with payment. I hired John to help me out with it, and it was resolved in a timely manner. I also had a nice time visiting John in his office. I would recommend him.

As I told him, I called a long list of law offices before I got anything but voicemail...then I reached John. He was very receptive to my questions, and I believe he was totally honest and forthcoming with me. His advice may not be what I WANTED to hear, but how refreshing to know that he didn't just say, "Sure, I'll take your case" when he didn't think it was a winner! Mr. Anderson did not comply with discovery request which ultimately cost us our lawsuit. When asked for a refund he attempted to intimidate us and threatened criminal action. We are working with the bar association and law enforcement regarding his behavior, which we have been told is illegal.

Mr. Anderson was great from the start. He was always very responsive and straightforward with answers via e-mail and phone calls that we had. When it came to going to court, his area was hit by a storm just days before our court date. Mr. Anderson was without power for days leading up to our court appearance and even days after. Mr. Anderson still proceeded with the case to not prolong anything for me. I could ne thank him enough for his selflessness in his cities hard time.
