Attorney Bruffet did not even extend the common courtesy of a response to repeated phone calls, and an e-mail for over a month long period, even if only to say he was not interested, or qualified to take a case where the seller of a property failed to meet any of the contingencies of the contract, and refuses to release me from it so I can get My deposit back, which is now trapped in escrow limbo... Jeez, maybe I'm wrong, and He's only over qualified, and swamped with such a large case load he doesn't have the time to offer a minute and a half or two minute reply, in which case I congratulate you Sir, and offer wishes on your continued success.
