Ms. Loren, you hired Mr. Bond in 2015 for the limited purpose to attend a hearing with you in a family law matter. The hearing was to be held on a motion that you or your previous attorney had already drafted and filed. The motion you had filed asked a judge to change a previous ruling in your family law matter. Mr. Bond did not represent you in the family law matter at any time prior to your retention of him to attend that single hearing with you. Thus, the previous ruling that you sought to change was not the result of Mr. Bond's services or representation of you.<br><br>It was explained to you that the outcome of the motion would be based on the motion that you had already drafted and filed and the history of the case. You strenuously requested an attorney to stand with you during the hearing to aid you advance the arguments you had already made in your motion. Mr. Bond agreed to stand with you and try to advance your arguments. <br><br>The judge unfortunately did not agree to change the underlying ruling as you had requested him to do. Since then you have attempted to lay the blame for this result elsewhere other than on the motion you drafted and filed, the underlying facts and all of the history of the case that had occurred before you hired Mr. Bond to attend that hearing. <br><br>Despite your statements, Mr. Bond timely attended any and all hearings and stood with you-just as you requested him to do. Unfortunately, the judge did not reverse the previous ruling that was made. <br><br>Since then, you have falsely claimed that Mr. Bond's attendance at your side at that single family law hearing had some sort of impact on the results of the matter. As we have explained before on many occasions since 2015, Mr. Bond's participation in your case was extremely limited to a single appearance at a single hearing on a single motion that you had already drafted and filed without Mr. Bond's input. Mr. Bond attempted to advance your arguments as best he could and work with the opposing party to reach a resolution. Unfortunately, the judge declined to change the previous ruling and the opposing party refused to work with you towards a settlement.<br><br>We believe your review is unfair and deeply misleading. However, there is nothing we can do to prevent these types of actions from being taken and unfair comments from being posted. We strive to improve our services based on all of our previous clients' comments, complaints and concerns.
